Ordered A Thermometer To Aide In Monitoring For Infection Following Surgery

After my artificial hip was replaced I discovered my thermometer has died. I have just ordered a replacement. A sermoa formed following my April 2nd surgery. I am trying my best to monitor for infection. Running a temperature is one of the indications of infection. However I am using extended release Tylenol. This helps treat a fever. If I do start running a fever I need to know about it. The $20 I am spending on a thermometer is for the best.
