Assessment Of My Seroma

I am having a really hard time understanding my seroma. I understand about having hip surgery and what the normal recovery process is like. The recovery process from having my left artificial hip replaced has just been brutal. When I changed the bandage there was lime green pus on it. A previous emergency department doctor told me to come back if there is green discharge from my seroma. They have told me lime green is acceptable. My blood work supports that I don't have an infection. Since I don't have an infection I have asked the emergency department doctor to give me advice to control the pain. I have been told to use anti inflammatory medication every 12 hours and I should feel more physically comfortable. I really hope so. This has been very physically brutal. I need the pain to stop. The pain is making living the recovery process too hard.
