In Serious Trouble Pain Trouble The Day After Being Discharged From Hospital

I have suffered a serious setback. My right artificial hip has injured me again. It has malfunctioned again. The pain this is causing is simply horrific.
I am stuck. I have nothing more to give. I put all of my available physiology into the recovery during my stay in hospital. The pain this is causing me is using up every last bit of stamina I have to give.
Sadly I think this is a game changer. I think my only reasonable recovery goal is range of motion exercises and regaining the same limited mobility I had before the surgery.
I did tell my surgeon my right artificial hip wasn't okay before the operation. I am going to need to bring this up with him. I don't know what else to do. My right artificial hip has been as problematic at the artificial hip that was just removed from my body during my April 2nd 2025 operation.
