An Emotional Wholeness Exercise

In this video I talk about emotional wellness and well being. I talk about an exercise I have completed in the grief support group I am attending. I think it is a good tool / strategy for making an assessment of ones emotional well being in order to know what to do about it. This is called a Mandala. I think it is a tool worth considering if you are going through a difficult time in your life.
