New Power Wheelchair Delivery

My new power wheelchair has been delivered to me. There is a very long back story I am not going to get into at this time.
I am not able to immediately begin using this power wheelchair. The manufacturer lighting isn't funded through the program which paid for this.
I have the practical skill set to add lighting to my wheelchair. I will work on this during the next few months as I have time.
