Requested Warranty Exchange For Engraver Laptop Computer

At the start of the week the computer I plan to use for my lazer engraver was delivered. I was glad to have it delivered. I need to learn how to use the lazer engraver. Then I may forward with my plans to make art pieces with it in order to raise money for in home care I am needing.
Over the past few days I've experienced repeated errors. The operating system keeps randomly crashing. I've contacted technical support. They are recommending an exchange because it is new and not operating as expected. I've just submitted a request for a return manufacturer authorization.
I don't mind when there are setbacks with my plans. I learn a lot from the process. Often the lessons learned help me in life going forward. Also I would rather have the computer fail now than when I get into the learning.
