The Letter I Write Concerning My New Sewing Machine Repair Has Been Forwarded To A Manager

This morning I've received confirmation that my letter describing the motor of my new sewing machine emitting a smell as I have begun to use it making black out curtains has been forwarded to a manager. I am very glad about this. I tend to find once you are in the system for customer service your need is quickly addressed. The sewing machine I purchased was described as being heavy duty for use on outdoor fabric. I am surprised to have had an issue with it.
