A Letter To Executive Customer Service Saying Thank You

On November 6th 2016 an automotive employee helped me a great deal by applying lubricant I was purchasing to my power wheelchair at my direction. By doing this the store employee was effectively helping me walk. Also I only have a few good hours each day. Someone doing this for me enabled me to do more with my life that day. I appreciate this a great deal
I just wrote a letter to the executive customer service team. I want to ask someone from high up in the business thank this employee in person on my behalf. A few months ago another employee from the same store went out of his way to help me. The regional sales director came to the retail store thanking him on my behalf and recognizing his effort.
