Arrived Home From The Seated Exercise Program

I've been to the seated exercise program today. I continue to be pleased with the decision to switch to this for my exercise. Overall I fare so much better after this than I was making out after using the pool.
This isn't going to lead to a recovery. The focus is slowing down the deterioration rate. I am trying to do what I have control over. I want to help myself. By taking part in the seated exercise program I am trying to bring some stability to my life so I am able to spend time pursuing self employment and a much improved quality of life.
If I can get my finances on track then I will feel comfortable having more surgeries and the amount of risk this presents. I am having so many challenges from pain and with my mobility that if I have another surgery that doesn't go as planned I honestly don't think I have a shot at self employment. I recognize my limits. I am at this right now.
If the previous 5 surgeries had brought the expected results then I wouldn't be concerned. My body just isn't responding how it is expected and there is just way too much unknown. My hips aren't even recovered from being replaced. You just can't do the set of physiotherapy exercises which leads to a recover when both knees are repeatedly flaring up and preventing the positive momentum needed for a recovery.
