Assembled The Shelf For The Bathroom And Server Computer - Equipment

I've completed my big goal for today. I've assembled the 2 shelves for my next steps in my deep house cleaning. I was able to do this sitting down. This was really rewarding.
However I can tell this was very hard on my body. I will need time over the next few days to rest and recover. My family doctor has encouraged me to be engaged with life. This includes when it stresses my body and I need time to recover.
It is the balancing act of managing pain and feeling fulfilled. I can't do something like this each time. But it was right for me to do so today.
