Financial Planning Appointment From My Dad's Estate

I've had a very helpful financial planning appointment concerning my pending inheritance from my dad. I am trying to remain an Ontario Disability Support Program recipient. But my dad didn't specify in his Will that my inheritance should be held in trust for me. The financial planner I met with has another ODSP client in similar circumstances. It is possible to hire a lawyer to estate a trust to regain my eligibility after I receive these funds. I have some home work to do in seeking out a lawyer for this purpose. At least I have direction.
