New Disability Case Worker

My disability case worker has changed for the benefits I receive from the Province of Ontario. This will be the 3rd case worker since I started receiving the disability benefit. There are a few issues I need to confirm with the case worker to confirm he continues wanting to do things the same as my previous worker or if he a preference for a different method. I am going to make a list and then it will set the frame work for my initial meeting.
