Furnace Filter Changed And Pest Glue Traps Replaced

My friend Andy came for a visit this afternoon. He has been really kind to me. While he was over at my home he changed the filter on my furnace and replaced the rodent glue traps in my basement. I simply don't have good enough use of the knee joint that was replaced to do this for myself right now.
I am surviving the recovery from my knee replacement surgery. I am trying to make the most out of it. Right now I am at the half way mark for the series of surgeries I am having. I have undergone 3 surgeries and I have 3 more to go. I will be plenty glad to get through all 6 surgeries and then be able to forge a new life for myself.
I am not particularly enjoying "living in the moment" that comes with having a series of surgeries and the recovery each operation requires. But there is no way of avoiding this. I am having to pay attention to my body and honor the progress it is going through. Even when I am not doing physiotherapy there is no real escape from this.
