Ordered A Peddle Exerciser To Aid In The Recovery Of My Knee Replacement

One of my neighbours gave me a reasonable suggestion. He wonders if I would benefit from a peddle exerciser. He thinks this would help my right artificial knee joint heal from surgery. This is a very reasonable suggestion. Following knee replacement surgery it is extremely important to re-establish the range of motion. A peddle exerciser would guide me as I set out to accomplish this. I have mail ordered this. It should arrive to my home in 2 or 3 days. I am trying my best to do what is within my control to help my right artificial knee joint recover from my recent knee replacement surgery.
