Ordered More Furnace Filters

When my furnace was recently repaired I asked what their cost of buying a new furnace filter was. I was honestly appalled that they increased the cost per filter further to $99 before tax. The same model furnace filter is sold on Amazon in a bundle of 3 for $129.99 plus tax. The $129.99 includes the cost of shipping. I am pretty disguised with the HVAC company profit on their furnace filters. It only stands to reason the HVAC business I use either get a corporate or bulk order rate. I have no problem paying for the services I received. I do understand the HVAC business needs to earn money to remain in business. I can't justify buying my furnace filters from them when such a better deal exists. I have ordered the 3 pack of furnace filters from Amazon. I am glad I spent the time comparison shopping.
