Tomorrow I have a meet and greet appointment with a new family doctor. I have spent the past 90 minutes putting together a 1 page summary of my medications, list of surgeries, specialists. This is the fastest way I know of to get a doctor focused on my needs and having effective dialogue with me. I have found creating this fatiguing. But it needed to happen. I want to start off well with a new family doctor.
