Ordered A Office Computer For My E-Mail Correspondence

For the past 2 or so years I've used a RockPro64 for sending and receiving my e-mails. This needs my attention.
With the amount of e-mails I receive (including spam) the RockPro64 has become laggy. They work fantastic as servers. I've outgrown the specs of it. I've decided to purchase a refurbished desktop computer that has more processing power. I will install Linux on it when it arrives and migrate my e-mails onto it. I think it is money well spent. I can't justify purchasing a brand new computer for this purpose. I've found a solid refurbished model: Lenovo ThinkCentre M93P. Overall I have a picture in my mind of how I'd like my setup for the laser engraver sales and support I will need to offer if something arrives damaged. This will help me in my bigger goals.
Essentially I have my e-mails highly configured. I have numerous message filters that sort my e-mails when they arrive into matching folders. This keeps everything organized. This is instead of my Inbox being overwhelming. I have a good handle on what requires my immediate attention if I am having a bag leg day compared to what is able to wait for another day. I have used Linux for my e-mail correspondence for several years. With how highly configured I have this it would take hours to migrate and replicate this setup Windows machine. I am happy with this decision. I have been considering this for a few months. It was time to do this.
