Appointment With My Social Worker To Discuss My Goals

I've made an extra appointment with my social worker. Normally I've been going to her for help with the grief from my aunt dying. I asked for today's appointment because I wanted to talk over my goals with someone from my health care team. I was wondering if they made sense. The past 4 months have been an uphill battle courtesy of my right knee joint. I've just finished this appointment. It went well. I feel like I am on the right track in the goals I am aiming to complete.
Since I am putting in the effort to have help with the grief from my aunt dying I am having energy to put into my projects. Going to the social worker for help with the grief is really paying off. I am starting to feel the benefits of it. It is a miserable process but well worth it. This isn't to ignore the special needs my legs create. But I am starting to get things done that I put on hold while spending quality time with my aunt as her life came to an end. I am ultimately hoping to go from a mindset of putting out fires to having the upper hand on my life and not being pulled in several directions simultaneously.
