My Right Knee Cap Dislocated Again

My right knee cap dislocated again. I am genuinely concerned. If my right knee cap won't stay stable there isn't a possibility of retrying the regenerative medicine treatment.
There is a bit of a "silver lining" with this dislocation. My knee cap went to the left. This is easily attributed to the underlying meniscus tear. The opinion of the orthotist (commonly referred to as a "brace maker") when my right knee cap dislocated to the right was a strong indication that new arthritis has formed in my knee.
I'm planning on modifying a guinea pig cage into a hamster cage. This will involve spot welding additional bars that will prevent Rocky from escaping. This will give me some time to think about what I want. Although tentatively I have to conclude the knee joint is wearing out as predicted and it is coming time to move on to knee replacement surgery.
