Delivery Of Warranty Replacement Brush For My Robot Vacuum

My recently purchased robot vacuum had been making a squealing noise. It has taken a lot of deduction in the midst of treatment for my physical disability to figure out what was causing this. Through a thorough process of elimination the noise is determined to be coming from the main brush. This makes some sense to me. When I registered the robot vacuum the manufacturer told me it was assembled in 2018. Presumably the plastic the brush is mounted on has begun to degrade or it changed shape to cause rubbing. This is easy enough to remedy. The manufacturer stepped up and sent me a replacement brush under warranty. It is very gracious of them. I am glad these are here.
I purchased the initial robot vacuum in 2018. I reached the point where I couldn't sweep the floor due to my physical disability and I was going to need to hire someone to do this for me. It made financial sense to purchase a robot vacuum instead of hiring someone. Considering the cost of living after around 3 months I would have spent the funds to buy a robot vacuum and have nothing to show for my money. The only "catch" that goes with this is that the owner of a robot vacuum needs to have some very basic mobility. This is to address when the robot inevitably becomes stuck and requires intervention. This is a really good strategy for me. I hate to give up something that is actually working with how so much has gone wrong. This is one less thing for me to keep track of.
