Ordered A Muscle Massager

I've had a bit of a disappointment. Although I am not the least bit surprised. The person responsible for my pain control asked me to exercise. I found myself head long into the same group of challenges that I endured during my 900 hours of physiotherapy between 2015 and 2018. If I had refused all physiotherapy from June 2015 onward I would be in so much better shape today. Objectively speaking I was hung out to dry by following the doctors and specialists.
The reason why I was asked this does make sense. Exercising does prevent certain amount of pain. With the need to protect the integrity of my knee joints I have decided to go a different route. I have ordered a hand held deep tissue massager. I am going to try and resolve leg muscle pain through massage. This is now the lesser of all evils for me.
