The Street I Live On Is Being Re-Sealed

The city has just posted a notice on the entrance to my home. The street I live on is being sealed. As things would go this is to happen on the date when my new vertical freezer is to be delivered. I am going to need to call the contact for this city contract to find out more details about this and when the street I live on will be open to public travel for the delivery to take place.
