Repaired The Kitchen Holder For The Broom

A few years ago the broom holder I installed came out of the wall when I removed the broom. Over time the broom being removed caused the drywall anchors to come loose. I've just repaired this using toggle bolts. I purchased a large pack for installing my new water filter. I have extras here. This is a good use of the toggle bolts.
Toggle bolts tend to be stronger than most drywall anchors made out of plastic. It all depends on your application for what the right product to use. For the action of repeatedly removing the broom from it's wall mount using a pair of toggle bolts makes sense.
I wanted to gain the maximum strength possible for the broom holder. I want to avoid a repeat of repairing this. I mixed up some drywall putty. I back filled the empty space the β " screw doesn't fill. For an β " toggle bolt you require a β " hole. This is for the wings to pass through and be on the other side of the drywall. It is the ΒΌ" void that is filled with drywall mud. This allows my installation to have the maximum strength possible. It is messy work doing this and requires extra cleaning up. But doing so makes sense to me. I don't enjoy doing things twice.
