Voted By Mail For Upcoming Election

Canada is having a national election in October 2019. I vote by Special Ballot. I do this because I never know how I am going to be feeling. It is becoming more frequent that the pain I experience lingers for several days. I just can't predict how I am going to be doing each day. Elections Canada sent me a ballot. I've now filled it out and have mailed it back. It is nice to have this done.
