Locked Out Of My Pharmacy eCare Account

Some how my pharmacy eCare account has me locked out. Both the error message and the support personal are hinting at some type of connection error. In any case I've provided them with details to sort this out for me. More than this the staff I'm interacting with to sort this out appear very glad to do so.
- What I like about eCare is that it is online 24 / 7. When my pain is bad and I know a pain medication renewal is coming up I am able to request it through eCare. When my pain is bad I find it very difficult focusing on phone calls.
- Additionally I am able to view what prescriptions are on file for me. I don't have to bother the pharmacy in asking this. Subsequently I don't have to keep a mental inventory of this. It is easy to login and check.
- Finally I appreciate that each medication has been photographed. One of my strategies before I use my pills is a visual identity. In the media I periodically hear of cases where a wrong medication is filled. This hasn't happened locally. I do not use medication foolishly.
It has become much easier for me to keep track of compared to a decade ago. I rely on this. It is a good match for self management. Ultimately I am looking forward to this being resolved.
