Completed "Labor Force Participation" Survey

As part of the labor force participation meeting follow up from Tuesday I was asked if I would complete a short survey themed around obstacles a person faces to being part of the labor force and what options they think are suitable for overcoming these. I was to complete the survey before it is made live.
I've now completed the survey. I've provided some feedback to the organization assessing and hoping to improve the labor force participation for the geographical region of Ontario Canada where I live. I would like to share the two key points I've concluded:
- Not to make the survey anonymous. In other words help the person completing this connect with the reason for the survey. in practical terms I would include an introductory paragraph and contact details for further questions
- Out of respect to the person completing the survey offer follow up details of the conclusions reached and recommendations resulting from these conclusions. You are asking someone to invest their time in a cause. I think it is important to understand how this time is helpful in the bigger picture upon conclusion of the project.
