Severe Ankle Pain

I've woke up this morning with severe pain in my ankles. I've experienced this before. I remember when this started in both of my hips and also in both of my knees. The onset of this severe pain in my hips and knees lead to a useful remaining service life of 5 years. Right now I am in the process that will lead to a pair of surgeries on both of my knee joints. Unfortunately it seems I may expect to come through my knee surgeries and the extensive physiotherapy this will require just in time to repeat the procedure in my ankle joints. In June 2012 a 91 year old retired orthopedic surgeon was able to associate my knee joint deterioration with ineffective treatment for Legg Perthes disease I received in 1979 to 1981. I have a lot of confidence my ankles are deteriorating as well because of this treatment.
