Delivery Of The Red Flashing LED For My Backpack

I ordered a backpack, red LED flashing LED and iron on reflective tape. The red LED light arrived. It will live on the back on the backpack. This will be to warm traffic when the bag is on my wheelchair and I've been down to the waterfront trails to watch the sunset on the ride home.
It has a built in lithium battery. I have discovered the USB charging port is on the back. I am going to order a 90 degree charging cable and glue it to the charging port. I want to permanently attach the red flashing LED light to the bag and have it sit by the USB charging port when I recharge it.
