Sent My Letter To The Pre-Surgery Screening Unit

I have the pre-surgery screening appointment for my left artificial hip to be replaced on November 19th 2024. As a courtesy I have just sent the letter I wrote to my hip and knee surgeons (along with a cover letter) to the nurse who will go over my medical history during this appointment. I decided to do this so we are able to make the best use of time during my actual appointment. I want to be giving all my health care providers the same message. With how I've just stated I am unable to do the physiotherapy needed to be discharged from hospital on account of my knee joints this will need talking about at my pre-surgery screening appointment.
