A Visit With A Friend

Today one of the young adults that went off to university last year came for a visit. This was very fulfilling. It was great catching up. He also really encouraged me. With how he didn't see me over the course of the school year the progress I've made towards my goals in life was very apparent. It is hard when I am going through the motions each day to see the progress. Everything takes me so much longer because of the physical challenges. Completing projects with multiple steps becomes hard to see how well I am making out in life under the circumstances. I've been really glad for this time together.
