Today Has Gone Horribly Wrong

Today has been very hard and has gone horribly wrong. I slept through when I needed nerve pain medication in the night. I abruptly woke up 8:21 AM. My pain was severe. This time it has made me really dizzy. This happens when my pain gets out of control. I've spent this morning in bed. I am just up for my noon time meal. Even now my sense of which way is up is still messed up. Logically speaking I know which way is up. But my sense of which way up doesn't align with this. I expect it is going to take until supper time to get my body to co-operate.
