Since there is nothing wrong with my phone and the screen protector worked when I would have accidentally cracked the screen I have reached out to them for a quote to replace the battery on my cell phone. I have indicated I would like to do this as soon as the snow melts because of using a power wheelchair. The fee for my model is $65 CAD plus tax. This is completely worth it since the cell phone still fits my needs. I have told the employee to go ahead and order the battery when they are placing another order for cell phone batteries so they get the best value out of shipping. I have had the cell phone for 20 months so far. It is proving to be a really helpful tool when I manage to rub the right spot on the screen.
