Reached Out To My Surgeon After Nearly Fainting And Vomiting From Pain In The Night

My right knee joint got me really bad in the night. Severe pain and severe nausea woke me up. The next 30 minutes was hell as I tried not to faint from the nausea and vomit from the pain. The impact of my right knee joint is increased. I have just contacted my surgeons office asking for my next appointment. I need help. I am unsure of how to manage this. This is so debilitating. I am not being effective in finding strategies to best manage this. I am struggling to stay on top of my hygiene, food, loading and unloading the dishwasher and basic tidying up after myself. I am only 1 person. I need help is the unavoidable conclusion.
