A Letter To My Pain Management Doctor

The pharmacy I use has made a mistake. They filled one of my prescriptions after 20 days. It is an 84 day prescription. It should never have been filled. I have sent a brief letter explaining what happened and that the pharmacist I spoke with will be sending him a letter explaining I am not abusing my medication and that this was a pharmacy mistake. I like my pain management doctor. He took time to get to know me. He has also made me feel cared about. He trusts my judgment for what I want to try and work on in order to have a better life. I want this doctor to understand this wasn't my doing and that I am honouring the agreement I have with him to be responsible.
