Gave A Boy At The Pool A Birthday Card

A few weeks ago a boy who uses the pool begin telling me of his upcoming birthday. He seems rather excited about this. I asked his parents if it was ok to give him a birthday card. They said this would be no problem. I made a birthday card for him this afternoon. Again this evening I asked the parents if this was ok. They assured me it was fine. I am very careful with the children. After the family - youth swim ended I gave him the card. It was great seeing his face light up.
