Delivery Of Warranty Replacement Bidet

The bidet I purchased in September 2021 has malfunctioned. I contacted the business. After sharing a video of the malfunction they sent a warranty replacement. It arrived. I will hook this up later this afternoon. I rely on the bidet to help manage the skin breakdown I experience that has come with having a physical disability. I am glad this was promptly addressed by the customer service associate I spoke with.
