Attempt To Repair New Drone Was Unsuccessful

I am really pleased with Holy Stone. Their customer service has been wonderful. The replacement motor they sent to repair my new HS165 arrived. Unfortunately this hasn't fixed the problem. I've reached out to Holy Stone with an updated video of the drone being uncontrollable.

I don't think poorly of Holy Stone about my new drone not working correctly fresh out of the packaging. The drone has traveled a great distance to get to me. It could have been disrupted in transit. Practically speaking these ultra light drones have so tight of tolerances. It is like my power wheelchair being like a miniature vehicle. If my power wheelchair gets off square it has reached the end of it's useful service life.

My perspective is that what makes the difference in a situation like this is the quality of the customer service. Certainly they are trying to be helpful. I know this will some how work out. I am disappointed. I am looking forward to flying the drone. Certainly my pre-sales research shows the HS165 is a feature rich ultra light drone. But I do have confidence that Holy Stone will assist me.
