Cartilage In My Right Knee Joint Is Pinching For The First Time

I am very clearly feeling cartilage pinching in my right knee joint for the first time. I am glad I have an appointment with the surgeon who replaced my hip joints in January 2019. Physically I need to be well rested before I have further operations. I am not right now.
Also as a person I need a break from each day of my life being about health care treatment. I need to work on my home business. Financially I am not breaking even right now on the bare essentials. It is obvious it would help my quality of life a whole lot if I could hire between 12 and 20 hours a month. I am thinking things through. I need to define my goals.
