I ordered the same fluoride varnish my dentist puts on my teeth once a year to help protect the enamel. This may be applied as frequent as every third month for people who have teeth that are prone to cavities. Unfortunately the medicines used when I was 5 years old to treat my Legg Perthes disease really weakened the enamel on my teeth. I have been getting cavities recently. I think this is what is best for me.
