Gave Myself Another Intramuscular Magnesium Injection Following My Artificial Hip Malfunctioning

My left artificial hip has malfunctioned this evening. I heard the grinding noise coming from my artificial hip. This is the first time since April 11th. Something has changed. It wasn't the same volume as previous instances. I am wondering if the artificial socket and the artificial ball are no longer a tight match like 2 pieces of a puzzle. I am wondering if there wasn't as much surface area making contact that brought down the volume. I don't know. I am really hoping the MRI imaging of my artificial hip joint will provide some effective clues to what is going on. This is a very painful living with an artificial hip that malfunctions. To be fair I identified the movement pattern that causes the artificial hip to malfunction. I am hoping these will be helpful clues when I have the follow up appointment with my surgeon and we discuss how we are going to tackle my artificial hip malfunctioning and how debilitating this is.
