Right Knee Cap Dislocated Again

I am disappointed. My right knee cap has partially dislocated again. When this happens it has the same effect on me as when my hip joints were rebuilt in 2007 and 2009. I am so physically weak. I would like more out of life. For now I am going to need to rest. I will need to figure out how I will get the shed project back on track when I am feeling better.
