Contacting The Hydro Company Because My Power Keeps Going Out At 6:54AM

During the past four days I've had a one second power outages at 6:54AM. I've just reached out to the hydro company to ask if they would assess if there is a failing component in their distribution network. I don't want my computers damaged.
