Picked Up Medicine For Treating My Microscopic Colitis

After I got off the phone with the doctor that performed my colonoscopy to discuss the results I called my pharmacy. I have pain management medication being delivered on Friday. I was perfectly happy waiting 2 days before I get the medication to start treatment of my microscopic colitis. The pharmacy technician made a note on my chart to deliver this at the same time. But the pharmacy called me back. The doctor wants me to start treatment today for my microscopic colitis. I have been to the pharmacy to get my medicine. I am hoping this works. The doctor made it clear how difficult it is to recover from microscopic colitis. I can't imagine living with diarrhea several times a day for the rest of my life. This isn't to mention getting enough nutrition into my body that I am healthy.
