Ordered More Frozen Meals

I can't physically handle getting my meals again. The pain from my right artificial hip is just destroying me. I know the surgery to replace my artificial hip will be happening soon. I just need to get through a few more hard weeks. I have decided to buy more frozen meals. Health Canada has enacted a regulation that food packaging must be labelled for high levels of salt, sugar and saturated fat. There is a brand of frozen meals that are genuinely healthy. These are what I have been purchasing. They are more expensive than others. But I am trying to take care of my body. For right now the frozen meals will allow me to focus on getting meaningful rest and not putting my energy into meal preparation. If something isn't working you can only try so many times before you need to do it differently.
