My First Walk For Today

The nurse offered to take me for a walk. This is the first time for today. I agreed to it. I want to heal. You have to put in the hard work if it is going to happen. I walked about 9 feet. This wasn't easy. But it was so hard before the surgery that this is like swimming in air. Earlier the physiotherapist told me simply sitting up is a passive exercise to help the artificial hip heal. I am trying my best to do my part of the process.
