First Physiotherapy Post Surgery

I just had my first physiotherapy appointment. I tried walking just a short distance. This went well. It was a distance of 5 feet. For day 1 this is very reasonable. I am able to put weight through my new hip.
I am sitting up. I am going to eat lunch sitting up. I will need a rest this afternoon. I am starting the journey to return to the land of the living.
