Re-Booked Prescription Delivery

This morning I was suppose to have received a prescription delivery. This prescription is for managing the skin break down I experience on account of using a wheelchair. I've just got off the phone with the pharmacy. They didn't send it out for delivery. It has been re-scheduled for delivery this evening.
This is the third instance where this has happened in the past 2 months. I am going to request a brief meeting with the owner to request they get to the root cause of why this has started to happen. i occasionally go to the pharmacy in person. I am trying to be responsible with my use of pain medication. But overall I rely on the delivery service.
