Response To My Surgeon Inquiry

I sent a letter to the patient relations department to express the urgency of the effect my damn artificial left hip joint is having on me. The severe pain and the physical weakness is crippling me. The patient relations department has already responded with the name and phone extension of the person I need to speak with. I wasn't expecting a response for 2 to 3 days. Given the nature of my inquiry I found this response reasonable. Since I had explained that I am turning my phone ringer off when I need to rest during the day time I found this reasonable. This does put the onus back on me to follow up. I will simply proofread and send the letter I wrote the patient relations department to the specific person using Canada Post mail with tracking. This isn't an overwhelming task and something I should be able to do this evening or tomorrow.
