Requested The Movie DVD For The Next Movie Night

When I plan each movie night for my Discord community I first ask for movie suggestions for this month. Then we use a poll to determine what movie we will watch. The poll for the November 2023 movie night has closed. I just used the city library website to request the movie on DVD that has won for November. This system works very well. Using the library website gives me access to the DVD collection of movies at my city library and at two villages nearest to my home. When I started the monthly movie night my local library staff explained movies are exchanged between the three branches on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If I make a request for the movie on Monday there is a high chance of success it will be available for pickup on Thursday around supper time. I like systems and structures that are able to be relied upon. My local city library in concert with the libraries from the near by villages have a good thing going on.
