A Medical Appointment Discussing Strategies For Improving My Quality Of Sleep

I've just finished a medical appointment discussing strategies to help me sleep better. My knees keep waking me up from pain. The broken sleep I am experiencing is affecting my ability to get a few things done each day. The person is trying to be helpful. We need to see how my body responds. I typically don't have trouble falling asleep at night because of being deep in thought. It is typically just the pain in my knees and hips that hinders or wrecks my sleep.
